Impact at EVOCS

As Salesforce Architect, you will lead platform transitions, project setups, and strategic architecture design. You will serve as the senior technical authority for complex Salesforce implementations and client onboarding.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Lead Salesforce platform transitions and client onboarding projects
• Design scalable Salesforce architectures and data models
• Create solution blueprints, technical design documents, and roadmaps
• Guide best practices for governance, security, and scalability
• Architect complex integrations and middleware solutions
• Lead sandbox strategy, data migration planning, and cutover execution
• Mentor Tier-1/2 teams on advanced Salesforce patterns
• Conduct architecture reviews and performance optimization assessments
• Support executive-level client presentations and solution workshops

Required Qualifications

The top candidate will have:

• 6-10 years Salesforce architecture/leadership experience

• Salesforce Technical Architect or Application Architect certification
• Proven experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementations
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Well-Architected Framework
• Experience with multi-org strategies and Salesforce Center of Excellence
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to design for scale (10k+ users, complex data volumes)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) executive presentations required

Bonus Qualifications

Ideally you have:

• Salesforce CTA (Certified Technical Architect)
• Experience with Salesforce Industries or Vlocity
• Public sector or regulated industry experience
