Salesforce Application Architect

As a Salesforce Application Architect at Calix, you will be a key player in designing scalable, secure, and innovative CRM solutions that support enterprise transformation initiatives. You will lead the architecture of the Salesforce ecosystem, integrating technologies like Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce to deliver intelligent customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds. - Design and optimize CRM workflows, data models, and integrations with external systems. - Architect solutions leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud for unified customer profiles and real-time insights. - Integrate Agentforce capabilities for intelligent agents and conversational AI experiences. - Create and maintain solution documentation including context diagrams and data flows. **Collaboration and Governance:** - Define and enforce design standards and best practices in collaboration with the Business Transformation team. - Provide technical consultation and solution walkthroughs to business stakeholders. - Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance, and security protocols. **Innovation and Continuous Improvement:** - Stay updated with Salesforce releases and AI/ML capabilities. - Promote declarative development using Flow and low-code tools. - Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and reuse across the CRM landscape. **Qualifications:** **Required** - 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Developer, or Consultant. - 3+ years in a Solution Architect, Project Lead, or Lead Business Analyst role. - Hands-on experience with Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Clouds. - Proficiency with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Integration Cloud. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and workflow automation. - Degree in Computer Science or a related field. **Preferred** - Salesforce certifications: Admin, Developer, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist. - Experience with Pardot, FinancialForce PSA, Salesforce Billing. - Familiarity with enterprise data architecture, ETL processes, and analytics platforms.
