Job Title: Salesforce Admin with Service Cloud

Location: India

Experience: 5+ years

The Business Support Analyst will report to the Manager, Business Applications Support As a Business Support System Analyst within the Service Cloud Support team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting System Tasks, Initiatives, and Projects that support our Customer Success team.

Responsibilities/What You’ll Do

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience into Salesforce
  • Understanding of SFDC functionality with emphasis on Service Cloud Related objects (Case, SLA, Milestones, Omnichannel, Escalation, Knowledge)
  • Understanding of Contact Center.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce Admin capabilities (Validation Rules, Profiles, Role hierarchy, Flows, Email notifications, Email templates, Sharing settings).
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting and bug fixing to make sure accuracy of Salesforce processes.
  • Understanding of SFDC Admin functionality which includes object management, security model, FLS, Lightning App Builder, Lightning.
