Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Implement and configure Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage user accounts, profiles, and permissions, ensuring data security and compliance.
• Provide training and support to end-users, helping them to effectively utilize Salesforce tools and features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, implementing solutions as necessary.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features, recommending enhancements to improve system functionality.
• Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong understanding of Salesforce.com (SFDC) functionalities.
• Salesforce.com certification is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its integration with other Salesforce products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Salesforce.com implementation and administration is essential.
