Job Description

Role Overview: As a Solution Analyst I at Sitetracker, you will play a crucial role in transforming how businesses operate by designing and delivering scalable solutions for global enterprises. You will work closely with Solution Engineers and Architects to address real-world challenges and drive measurable outcomes for critical infrastructure projects worldwide. This hands-on role combines technical expertise, analytical thinking, and customer engagement to deliver solutions that truly matter. Additionally, this role offers global exposure, allowing you to collaborate with international teams and stakeholders across different time zones. Key Responsibilities: - Configure modules and implement automation using Salesforce flows - Develop and implement approval processes, validation rules, and reports - Perform data migration using Data Loader and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables) - Understand custom metadata types and managed packages - Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams throughout project delivery - Manage multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment - Deliver quality outcomes under tight deadlines - Achieve 85% utilization within 90 days - Translate customer business requirements into detailed technical specifications - Train others on how to use and configure the Sitetracker product within 180 days - Lead small to medium-sized implementations end-to-end within 365 days Qualifications Required: - Strong technical aptitude with expertise in Salesforce configurations, automation, data migrations, and advanced Excel - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to engage confidently with customers and internal teams - Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision - Salesforce Certified Administrator (or ability to achieve in 6 months) - Sitetracker Certification post-training Additional Details of the Company: Sitetracker was founded ten years ago with the aim of solving the challenge of effectively managing critical infrastructure projects in various industries.
