Job Description

1. As a Sales Manager or Divisional Manager you will be based at Kolkata HQ and will handle Sales & Business Development of Cardiac Business covering entire Kolkata and Orissa reputed Pharma listed company.

2. You will ensure achievement of budget, new product launches & Retention / Development of team of RBMs, ABM's & MR's and achieving high PCPM and target achievement.

3. You will handle scientific / medical promotions of Cardiac products and effective implementation of strategies and appointed as Stockist & Distributes.

4. You should be good in Man/ Management and Administrative Control on Field Force.

5. You will be responsible for effective and also helping them to achieve targets.

Required Candidate Profile

1. You should be B.Sc Science or Pharmacy Graduate with 15-18 years experience in Pharma Sales out of which 2-3 years as Divisional Sales Manager or Sales Manager handling Cardiac segment for reputed Pharma company, covering entire Kolkata and Orissa.

2. You should be good in Man/ Management and Business Development.

3. You should have good experience in scientific / medical promotions, launching new products in Cardiac division and effective implementation of strategies.

4. You should be good in Maintaining Administrative Control on Filed Force.

5. You should be good in appointed Stockist /Distributors.
