Sales/Customer Success Specialist

You are a Polish-speaking Sales cum Customer Service Executive responsible for supporting sales growth and delivering excellent customer service to the Polish market. Your role involves engaging new clients, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth service delivery. - Communicate with Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. - Generate leads, promote products/services, and achieve sales targets. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, orders, and product information. - Maintain customer records and build strong client relationships. To excel in this role, you should have: - Fluency in Polish and English. - Experience in sales or customer service preferred. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
