Position Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our web development, software solutions, and digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Pitch our services, including website development, software solutions (ERP, CRM), and digital marketing (Social Media Management, SEO, Google Ads) to potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to drive their business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT/software or digital marketing sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of websites, software (ERP, CRM), and digital marketing services.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
