Hiring for Graphic Designer……!

As a Graphic Designer with UX/UI experience, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly designs across various digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and development teams to translate business requirements into captivating visual solutions that enhance user experience and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate should possess a strong design sense, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.

Responsibilities:

o Create compelling designs for web and mobile applications, digital marketing campaigns, and other online platforms, ensuring consistent brand identity and visual aesthetics.

o Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to illustrate user flows and interaction patterns.

o Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions, iterate on designs, and optimize user experience.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and project managers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.

o Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices, and apply them to enhance our design processes.

o Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Requirements:

o Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

o Proven experience 1 year working as a Graphic Designer with a focus on UX/UI design, preferably in an IT or digital marketing firm.

o Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, InVision).

o Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and demonstrating a deep understanding of UX/UI principles.

o Solid knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and mobile-first design methodologies.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

o Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

o Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
