As a Graphic Designer with UX/UI experience at Webtree Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will play a vital role in creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for various digital platforms. Your collaboration with the marketing and development teams will be crucial in translating business requirements into captivating visual solutions that enhance user experience and drive customer engagement. To excel in this role, you should demonstrate a strong design sense, attention to detail, and a profound understanding of user-centered design principles. **Responsibilities:** - Create engaging designs for web and mobile applications, digital marketing campaigns, and online platforms while maintaining consistent brand identity and visual aesthetics. - Produce wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to showcase user flows and interaction patterns. - Conduct user research, gather feedback, iterate on designs, and optimize user experience based on insights. - Collaborate with diverse teams, including developers, marketers, and project managers, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality designs. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices to enhance design processes. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer focusing on UX/UI design, preferably in an IT or digital marketing firm. - Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, InVision). - Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and a deep understanding of UX/UI principles. - Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and mobile-first design approaches. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous.
