Sales/Business Development Manager

5 or more years Experience Branch Manager or similar role in any Chits Company . Ability to meet sales targets and production goals. Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations. Results driven and customer focused. Good knowledge in Flexi Loan, Business Loan. The branch manager's responsibilities include managing resources and staff, developing and attaining sales goals, delivering customer service, and growing the location's revenues.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Manage staff, oversee sales, marketing, and budgeting
• Regulatory compliance: Ensure all activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements
• Problem solving: Address team concerns, solve conflicts, and motivate staff
• Customer relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with customers, clients, and stakeholders
• Branch operations: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch
• Sales: Achieve branch sales and collections targets
• Customer service: Ensure the branch provides exceptional customer service
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
