Sales/Business development - International process Experience: 1+ Years (Immediate joiners only) Location: Chennai (Work from Office) Shift: Night shift CTC: 6-7 LPA Key Responsibilities: B2B sales, Inside sales, lead generation, cold calling, upsell/cross selling, renewal and retention, international voice process. Manage end-to-end customer renewal processes for assigned pipelines. Engage proactively with customers to ensure timely contract/subscription renewals. Demonstrated clear, professional communication via email and calls, maintaining a strong customer-first approach. Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Account Executives, Customer Success, CX BP Team, Sales, Finance- AR/AP) to resolve renewal-related issues. Identify potential churn risks and act swiftly to mitigate them. Maintain accurate renewal data in SFDC and track performance metrics.
