As a B2B Sales & Field Sales Executive at Gradus, you will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of the Ed-Tech industry by building partnerships with universities, colleges, and educational institutions across PAN India locations. Your role will involve conducting in-person meetings with top-level executives, such as Principals, Directors, VCs, and Professors to establish B2B relations and host seminars aimed at up-skilling students and providing placement opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-person meetings with university & college leadership - Build and manage strategic B2B partnerships - Represent the company across your assigned city - Drive collaborations through relationship-based selling - Travel daily within the city for meetings and follow-ups Qualifications Required: - MBA/B.Tech with B2B Sales or Client Acquisition experience - Confident, persuasive, and comfortable talking to senior decision-makers - Strong communication skills in the local language and English - Own two-wheeler/conveyance (mandatory) - Enjoys fieldwork, networking, and fast-paced startup environments At Gradus, we are committed to creating an ecosystem of learning and professional growth to help students excel in a competitive landscape.
