Sales Transformation Manager

As the Sales Transformation Manager at Godrej Consumer Products Limited, you will be responsible for leading and driving strategic initiatives to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and agility of the sales organization. Your role will involve designing and implementing transformational programs that align with business goals, digitalizing sales operations, enhancing capability development, and optimizing go-to-market models in the competitive FMCG environment. You will collaborate with Sales Leadership, external GTM & tech partners, cross-functional teams, and line sales to draw customer insights, execute sales and distribution strategies, and drive business growth. Additionally, you will drive projects based on impact analysis to develop scale-up plans. Your responsibilities will include defining and refining the GTM strategy, executing pilot programs to improve field force efficiency, fostering collaboration across departments, championing the adoption of digital tools to enhance visibility and performance, collaborating with IT and Data teams to automate and standardize sales processes, utilizing advanced analytics to generate insights on sales performance and customer engagement, translating data into actionable plans to improve sales conversion and revenue growth, establishing KPIs to measure GTM strategy success, tracking and reporting progress, managing channel partner and sales team engagement programs, and monitoring effectiveness. The ideal candidate for this role should have an MBA qualification with 4 to 6 years of experience, a mix of working knowledge of FMCG sales and project management, ability to creatively use data for business decisions, leadership skills to handle multiple time-sensitive projects, excellent communication and presentation skills, and knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
