Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales & Training Executive to represent Suganda Skincare to dermatology clinics and medical professionals. This role involves field visits in Mumbai and office-based coordination and training in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities In Office (Hyderabad): Handle inbound enquiries from dermatologists and clinics via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Coordinate sample dispatches and follow-up for feedback and orders. Maintain CRM with accurate doctor contacts, sample tracking, and reorder timelines. Conduct short virtual product training sessions for new clinics and sales reps. Create and maintain training content, brochures, FAQs, and educational materials. Support the field sales team by assisting with doctor education calls and qualifying leads. In Field (Mumbai – once per Month): Visit 4–6 dermatology clinics daily to introduce and promote Suganda’s product line. Educate doctors about product ingredients, usage protocols, and clinical benefits. Distribute product samples and gather real-time feedback from doctors and staff. Ensure clinic-level visibility through prescription pads, brochures, and shelf placements. Track and follow up regularly for reorders and maintain strong relationships with clinic teams. Document all visits and update CRM with field data and insights. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in pharma/derma field sales or sales coordination. Prior exposure to derma brands like Ethicare, Curatio, Fixderma, and Cipla Derma is preferred. A strong network in Hyderabad’s dermatology community is an added advantage. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (with proficiency in Telugu a plus) are essential. Presentable, confident, and capable of handling both field and office-based responsibilities. Proficient with basic Excel and CRM tools. Willingness to travel to Mumbai once a month for clinic visits is mandatory.
