Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design and deliver sales training programs for insurance agents to improve their skills and knowledge.
Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in agent performance and develop customized training solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored training services.
Monitor the effectiveness of trained agents through regular evaluations and feedback.

Job Requirements :

2-4 years of experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role in the Insurance industry.
Strong understanding of OJT (On-the-Job Training), TTT (Training-to-Train), and other adult learning methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
