Key Responsibilities

1. Curriculum & Content Development

• Design, structure, and deliver a comprehensive technical curriculum aligned with

  industry standards

  and

  emerging technologies

• Develop highquality academic content, lesson plans, assessments, and practice modules.
• Ensure the curriculum follows

  Outcome-Based Education (OBE)

  principles.

2. Industry Alignment

• Map training programs to

  industry expectations

  , certification norms, and employability benchmarks.
• Integrate real-world case studies, tools, and technologies into the curriculum to enhance job-readiness.

3. Collaboration & Implementation

• Work closely with the

  College Partnership Team

  , faculty members, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
• Provide technical guidance and domain expertise during onboarding, curriculum rollout, and training implementation.

4. Quality Assurance

• Continuously review and update training content based on

  industry evolution

  and feedback from colleges.
• Ensure all learning materials maintain high accuracy, relevance, and instructional quality.

Required Qualifications

• Strong domain expertise in

  contemporary technical fields

  (e.g., Software Development, Cloud Computing, Data Science, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, etc.).
• Proven experience in developing

  curriculum, academic modules, or technical training programs

  .
• Solid understanding of

  Outcome-Based Education (OBE)

  and modern instructional design practices.
• Experience working with colleges, universities, or educational institutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholdermanagement skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in

  industry certifications

  , skill frameworks, or vocational/technical training.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and engaging learning content.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, digital content creation, and blended learning models.
