Job Description

Junior Sales Trainer

Location: As assigned
Department: Sales Training – Automobile Showroom
Reporting To: Sales GM / HR

Job Purpose

To train and support the sales team by improving product knowledge, selling skills, and overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training programs for new and existing sales staff
Train team on product features, sales techniques, and customer handling
Support sales team in improving conversion ratios
Assist in role-plays, field coaching, and performance reviews
Identify skill gaps and suggest improvement plans
Coordinate with sales managers for training requirements

Eligibility & Skills

Experience in automobile sales or sales training preferred or Junior Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering Colleges
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to coach, motivate, and guide sales teams
Willingness to travel for training if required

Education

Any Graduate / MBA graduate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
