As a Sales Trainer at our company based in Bangalore, Karnataka, your role involves delivering training programs on sales skills required to sell Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) and Financial products. Your expertise in corporate training within the NBFC and Financial Products sector will be crucial in ensuring our sales team is well-equipped to achieve their targets. Proficiency in both English and Kannada is essential for effective communication with the team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on sales skills required for NBFC and Financial products. - Design training materials, modules, and activities to ensure effective learning outcomes. - Assess the training needs of sales employees and customize training programs accordingly. - Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to participants to help them improve their sales techniques. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, subject matter specialists, and other trainers to ensure a cohesive training approach. - Continuously update training content to keep it relevant and aligned with current industry standards. - Conduct post-training evaluations to measure the effectiveness of the training programs and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Education, or a related field. - Five to 10 years of experience in sales training with a focus on NBFC and Financial products. - Proven track record of successfully delivering training programs on sales skills required for NBFC and Financial products. - Highly proficient in both English and Kannada. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to engage and motivate participants. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies. Preferred Skills: - Certification in sales training or related areas. - Experience in virtual training delivery. - Familiarity with e-learning tools and platforms.
