As a Sales Trainer at our company based in Bangalore, Karnataka, you will play a crucial role in equipping our sales team with the necessary skills to effectively sell Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) and Financial products. Your experience in corporate training within the NBFC sector will be invaluable in delivering engaging training programs tailored to our team's needs. Proficiency in English and Kannada is a must-have for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and conduct training sessions focusing on sales skills specific to NBFC and Financial products. - Create training materials, modules, and activities to enhance learning outcomes. - Customize training programs based on the sales employees" individual needs. - Offer personalized coaching and feedback to enhance sales techniques. - Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and fellow trainers for a cohesive training strategy. - Update training content regularly to align with industry standards. - Evaluate training effectiveness post-implementation and identify areas for enhancement. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Education, or a related field. - 5-10 years of sales training experience with a focus on NBFC and Financial products. - Proven track record in delivering successful training on sales skills for NBFC and Financial products. - Proficiency in English and Kannada. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to engage and motivate participants. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies.
