Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Trainer and Business Consultant based in Delhi. The primary responsibilities include delivering effective sales trainings, conducting presentations, and facilitating business consultations. The role involves designing and implementing training programs to enhance sales and customer service skills across the organization. You will visit the client locations accross Delhi and You will work closely with business owners to understand their challenges, develop strategies, and ensure the successful execution of growth initiatives.

• Experience in Sales Trainings and Training & Development
• Customer Service skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in business consulting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
