Job Description

Reporting to the unit Facility Director & dotted reporting to the Regional / National Sales Head. Responsible for the overall business contribution/growth in Doctor referral sales , in addition to ensuring individual sales targets are achieved. Budget Revenue Achievement from VC’s & Referrals for different product · Daily reporting of sales activities in an effective manner as instructed by the RM on an individual contributor role Building a strong doctor network for consistent referrals by identifying opportunities to collaborate and partner Ensure activation of the geographies/periphery markets , by planning and executing Doctor/ patient engagement programs o Development work for expanding market share which includes medical camps, webinars, CME’s, Round Table Meetings. o Consistently doing Patient engagement programs , like , Baby shower, ANC classes, physio / diet sessions · Promotion of the hospital services / inhouse consultants / programs through Corporate Sales team Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
