Key Responsibilities

• Lead generation & prospecting:
• Assist in identifying potential clients through online research, cold calling, and referrals.
• Create and maintain a database of prospective customers.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Sales support & coordination:
• Support the sales team during presentations, demos, and client meetings.
• Coordinate with internal departments for proposals, quotations, and documentation.
• Follow up with clients for updates, feedback, and clarifications.
• Client communication:
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online meetings.
• Share product/service information professionally and clearly.
• Maintain regular and polite communication with prospects.
• Product & market understanding:
• Learn about the company's products/services and understand the value proposition.
• Study industry trends, competitor offerings, and market expectations.
• Reporting & documentation:
• Maintain lead status, follow-up details, and daily updates in CRM or Excel sheets.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports.
• Assist in creating sales presentations, proposals, and basic MIS reports.
• Training & development:
• Participate in sales training programs, product training, and soft skills workshops.
• Apply learnings in day-to-day activities to improve performance.
• Develop confidence in handling client interactions independently.
