Key responsibilities include outbound calling, managing customer data, and collaborating with sales and service teams, requiring strong communication and persuasive skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Contacting potential customers through cold calling to identify interest in Royal Enfield motorcycles and services.
  • Product Promotion: Providing comprehensive information about various Royal Enfield models, features, services, and pricing to prospective buyers.
  • Customer Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their questions, and resolving any concerns.
  • Sales Conversion: Working to convert customer interest into actual sales by guiding them through the purchase process and facilitating test rides.
  • CRM & Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales leads, often using a CRM system.
  • Achieving Targets: Working towards and achieving monthly or quarterly sales goals set by the dealership.
  • Coordination: Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads and customer information for test rides and vehicle delivery.
