Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Telecaller to join our AIVIO Academy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential students/customers, explaining our AI and Digital Marketing courses, and converting leads into admissions. You will play a key role in growing AIVIO’s student community and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Call potential leads from the provided database on a daily basis.
• Explain AIVIO Academy’s courses and services clearly and persuasively.
• Answer queries and handle objections in a professional manner.
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission and sales targets.
• Maintain records of calls and update CRM / Excel sheets regularly.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team for lead generation strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
• Prior experience in telecalling / sales (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
• Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, and Excel.
• Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
