Sales Telecaller

As a Sales Telecaller at our fast-growing nutrition and wellness company in Wayanad, Kalpetta, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential clients and converting them into active customers. Your primary responsibility will involve making outbound calls, explaining our nutrition services, and achieving monthly sales targets. Your success in this role will require strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads. - Explain company offerings such as sports nutrition, clinical nutrition, weight management, family nutrition, and pre & post-natal nutrition plans. - Build and maintain good relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service. - Achieve the monthly sales target of 12 client conversions. - Maintain accurate records of conversations and sales in the CRM system. - Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in sales/telecalling or customer service (preferably in health, wellness, or nutrition industry). - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (must). - Strong persuasive skills and ability to close deals over the phone. - Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Goal-oriented with the ability to work under targets. - Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle CRM tools.
