The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in the EdTech industry, a passion for mentoring teams, and the strategic acumen to drive revenue growth and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Team Management & Leadership Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team performance goals. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct regular training, coaching, and mentoring sessions to build team capability. Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture. Sales & Business Development Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue. Generate high-quality leads and contribute to building strong brand presence. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement. Ensure the team consistently meets sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Negotiation & Problem-Solving Lead client negotiations to secure profitable and sustainable deals. Address and resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Proactively identify sales or operational challenges and implement effective solutions. Retention & Customer Relationship Management Develop and implement customer retention strategies to foster loyalty. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Monitor team engagement and initiate strategies to improve employee retention and satisfaction. Key Requirements 2โ€“5 years of experience in a Sales Manager or equivalent role, preferably in the EdTech sector. Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire sales teams to exceed targets. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills. Proficiency in Tamil (mandatory) and excellent communication skills in English . Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
