Sales Process Management : Ensuring that the sales team follows established sales processes, methodologies, and best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Customer Relationship Management : Overseeing customer relationship management (CRM) tools and processes to maintain accurate customer records, track interactions, and identify sales opportunities.
