Job Description

Role Description 1. The Team Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 2. The Team Manager will also be responsible for hiring and training new team members, creating and implementing sales strategies, and developing relationships with clients and partners. 3. Actively work on verified Leads, follow-ups, arranging site visits, and assisting in closing the deals. 4. A result-driven team leader is responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of consultants to achieve the organization's objectives and increase sales. Requirements 1. 4+ years of relevant work experience in the real estate/or any other service industry 2. Excellent communication skills, Negotiation skills, Client Relationship, and Management skills 3. Highly skilled, motivated, and targeted-oriented 4. Customer service orientation 5. High levels of passion and ownership 6. Completed Graduation and above
