Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Sales Team Leader. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing and guiding the sales team, driving customer service excellence, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include team management, developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, analyzing sales performance, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with clients.

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading a sales team
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Noida
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the B2Retail, B2B, B2C, or B2SMB sectors is a plus
