Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Leader located in Bareilly. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales team, setting monthly sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring market trends, providing analytical insights, and facilitating effective communication within the team to achieve business objectives.

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret sales data
• Proven Team Management skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent Customer Service skills and dedication to customer satisfaction
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated success in Sales, with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the mining or metals industry is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Bareilly with a flexible schedule as needed
