Sales team leader

You will be working as a Sales Team Leader at EUGENICS MEDI SCIENCES PRIVATE LIMITED, a FMCG distributor of Procter & Gamble company based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise the daily activities of the sales team, establish monthly sales goals, create and execute sales plans, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be monitoring market trends, providing analytical insights, and fostering effective communication among team members to achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the sales team - Set monthly sales targets and track performance - Develop and implement sales strategies - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Monitor market trends and provide analytical insights - Facilitate effective communication within the team Qualifications Required: - Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret sales data - Proven Team Management skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team - Excellent Customer Service skills and dedication to customer satisfaction - Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written - Demonstrated success in Sales, with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Experience in the mining or metals industry is a plus - Ability to work on-site in Bareilly with a flexible schedule as needed,
