Job Title: Team Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead our sales team in the Call Centre function. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Outbound Tele Sales/Lead Generation and experience in managing a team of sales agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate information in a timely, accurate, and understood manner to all sales team members
- Track and accurately update operational performance files for Sales Agents on a weekly basis
- Manage and drive sales team target and performance
- Dive deep into sales teams' performance on systems and all metrics
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate degree
- Experience: 2-8 years of experience, with at least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in Outbound Tele Sales/Lead Generation
- Language: Proficiency in both Hindi and English
- Industry Exposure: Experience in aviation industry is a plus, but not explicitly required
- Technical Skills: Experience working on dialler systems
Work Details:
- Working Hours: 10 am to 7 pm, 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
- Days Off: Sunday (fixed off)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
