Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, motivating, and guiding team members to achieve performance targets, maintain productivity, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Motivate, coach, and mentor team members to improve performance.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
• Coordinate with management to ensure effective workflow and communication.
• Handle client or customer escalations promptly and professionally.
• Prepare performance reports and submit to higher management.
• Conduct regular meetings and training sessions for team development.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar supervisory role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in team handling or leadership roles.
