Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Consultants to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Plan and implement sales strategies to drive showroom footfall and vehicle sales.
• Monitor individual and team performance; conduct regular reviews and provide training and support.
• Ensure smooth execution of the entire sales process — from customer enquiry to vehicle delivery.
• Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, and Accessories departments for seamless customer experience.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and share with management.
• Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues effectively and professionally.
• Stay updated with Nissan’s product knowledge, schemes, offers, and competition analysis.
• Ensure proper display and upkeep of showroom vehicles and branding as per Nissan standards.
• Conduct regular market visits and customer follow-ups to generate leads and drive bookings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
