Sales Team Leader

As a Sales Team Leader in the study abroad field, your role will involve designing and developing a proper plan of action to increase the sales of the overall team and individual members. You will be responsible for developing strategies for team management, supervising and guiding team members to ensure efficient execution of duties while maintaining adherence to company policies and fostering a positive culture. Key Responsibilities: - Lead efforts to provide excellent support to students throughout the study abroad process, addressing their queries and concerns, and facilitating a smooth transition into international programs. - Assign leads to team members, enforce same-day follow-ups on generated leads, and motivate team members to close leads effectively. Monitor and evaluate team members" follow-up processes. - Continuously evaluate team performance to assess whether targets are being met and identify areas for improvement in meeting performance goals. - Provide proper training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of two years of experience in the study abroad field as a team leader is mandatory. In this role, you will be working full-time in a day shift with the opportunity for a performance bonus. The work location is in Kozhikode, Kerala, and it requires in-person presence.
