Sales Team Lead -WORK FROM HOME

We are looking for a passionate and self-driven Remote Sales Team Lead to join our growing edtech organization. This is a full-time work-from-home opportunity for someone who is goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and ready to lead a team in transforming education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales in new and existing markets
• Manage, mentor, and guide a remote sales team to meet individual and team targets
• Ensure consistent performance tracking and team development
• Collaborate with recruitment to hire top-performing sales talent
• Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and training sessions
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the education industry
• Proven team management and leadership experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Strong sales and target-driven mindset
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
