Sales - Team Lead

As a dedicated team leader, you will be required to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission to effectively accomplish set goals and objectives. Your responsibilities will include collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database, meeting individual and team targets, and ensuring the smooth running of the section. You will be expected to develop and implement comprehensive business plans that align with the overall company strategy. Building and nurturing strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as sales, marketing, and product teams will be a key aspect of your role. You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies. Additionally, you will manage the Pre-sales team and set and track sales targets for your team. Collaboration with the Marketing and Product Development departments will be essential to ensure brand consistency and drive increased sales. Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office tools is required, along with excellent interpersonal and team management skills. Strong analytical and organizational abilities are also necessary for this role.
