Job Description

Role: As a Junior Sales in real estate, you will support the sales team in generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, conducting property visits, and driving sales initiatives. This opportunity provides hands-on exposure to the dynamic property market in India and is suitable for aiming to build a career in sales in residential and commercial real estate. Responsibilities: Assist in lead generation by calling, emailing, and interacting with prospects Support the sales team during property showings and presentations to clients Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about listings and projects Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends Qualifications & Skills: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field. Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local language(s) Strong interpersonal skills—friendly, confident, and motivated to learn. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Awareness of market research, sales presentations, and customer relationship management tools. *Candidate should have a RERA registered Channel Partner/Broker certificate.
