Role overview

We’re seeking a proactive and well-spoken Sales Executive to build strong relationships with consultants, architects, project managers, and other industry professionals. Your role will be to promote our waterproofing systems, understand site-specific needs, and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit consultants, architects, and construction professionals to introduce our waterproofing solutions.
• Understand project requirements and communicate benefits of our products and services.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term professional relationships.
• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and technical clarity.
• Prepare visit reports and update CRM or internal tracking systems.

Requirements

• Graduate or MBA in Marketing preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience preferably in construction or building materials.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally if needed.
• Self-motivated, organized, and client-focused.
• Comfortable working with monthly targets and motivated to achieve visit and lead generation goals through relationship-building and consistent outreach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
