Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Vadodara Area for a Sales Support & Tender Executive. The primary responsibilities include supporting the sales team with documentation, looping on inquiries, preparing Quotations, processing tenders online/offline, customer order processings and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves preparing sales reports, maintaining customer records, and coordinating with various departments to streamline sales operations.

• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Proficiency in after Sales Operations
• Experience in handling tender documentation and processes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, engineering or a related field
