You will be joining Mr n Mrs Pet, India's largest pet sourcing platform, as a Customer Support Specialist. Your role will involve assisting customers in selecting the perfect pet based on their needs and preferences. You will also be responsible for driving sales by recommending suitable pets and pet-related products. Providing exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails to ensure a positive customer experience is a key aspect of your job. Building strong relationships with customers, problem-solving, and maintaining updated customer records are also part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Assist customers in choosing the perfect pet by understanding their requirements. - Achieve and exceed sales targets by recommending suitable pets and products. - Provide stellar customer support through calls, chats, and emails to ensure a positive customer experience. - Build strong relationships with customers, follow up to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. - Address customer issues promptly and find creative solutions. - Organize and update customer records, track progress, and ensure data accuracy. Qualifications Required: - Experience of at least 6 months to 3 years in sales or customer support. - Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers. - Tech-savvy with proficiency in computers, CRM software, and willingness to learn new tools. - Positive and friendly attitude towards customers with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - High school diploma or equivalent, additional college coursework or certifications are a bonus.
