Sales support & Pricing

As a candidate for this position, you will have the responsibility of: - Handling ocean & air booking and pricing, including closure of inquiries - Building and maintaining strong relationships with both agents and customers to enhance their experience - Negotiating with carriers and developing new relationships to ensure the best rates - Sending out quotations and providing market intelligence to secure competitive pricing - Coordinating marketing activities and events - Offering pricing-related support to the customer base Your profile should meet the following criteria: - Possess 1 to 5 years of experience in freight forwarding - Demonstrate a sales and result-oriented approach - Be willing to be based in Vadodara or Ahmedabad, or ready to relocate to either of these locations In terms of qualifications, you should have: - Graduation or Post-Graduation degree - Proficiency in English language for reading, writing, and speaking - Proficient in using modern technology, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and in-house freight forwarding software The company also offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund.
