Air freight Customer support manager (Pricing & documentation)

Role and Responsibilities

• Air booking & pricing
• Closure of inquiry
• Rate Negotiation
• Carrier Development
• Sending out quotations
• Market intelligence to get best rates
• Billing and Invoicing
• Pricing to Job closing documentation
• Must be aware of end to end process of air exports & imports

Profile

• Must have past freight forwarding experience – 1 to 5 years
• Must be result oriented.
• Must have worked in similar roles of air freight
• Should be based or ready to relocate to Vadodara OR Ahmedabad.

Criteria

• Graduate
• Language: Proficiency in English –Reading, writing & speaking
• Computer: Proficient in the use of modern technology, word, excel, outlook, our inhouse freight forwarding software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
