Mosfet Healthcare is hiring a responsible Male Client Coordination Executive who can manage customer communication, payment reminders, dispatch updates, and support smooth operations between clients and the company.

Key Responsibilities1. Client Updation & Coordination

• Share important updates on new products, schemes, and services.
• Act as a complete communication bridge between the client and the company.

2. Smooth Dispatch Coordination

• Update customers about dispatch and delivery status regularly.
• Forward any delivery or product-related issues to the right team quickly.

3. Soft Payment Reminder

• Politely remind customers for pending payments (COD / DOD / Self).
• Use respectful communication like: “Sir, please confirm your payment time.”

4. Fast WhatsApp Communication

• Send rates, schemes, product images, and updates quickly.
• Maintain fast, professional, and clear responses at all times.

5. Daily Short Report

Prepare a simple daily report including:

• Payment status
• COD/DOD/Self
• Booking & cancellation status

Requirements

• Male candidate only.
• Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred).
• Ability to handle WhatsApp, calls, and basic Excel.
• Responsible, polite, and professional behaviour.
• Experience in coordination or customer handling is a plus.
