Job Description

As part of the team at Frokme, which is hiring for a client in the retail industry, your role will be to provide crucial support to the sales team through efficient management of sales operations, customer relationship systems, and communication processes. Your contribution will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of backend operations, accurate reporting, and effective follow-up actions to assist the sales team in achieving their targets. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, or Trade Marketing. Additionally, a Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. Proficiency in both English and Hindi is mandatory for effective communication. Key Responsibilities & Accountability: - Assist the National Sales Manager in daily sales coordination tasks. - Conduct regular follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the execution of sales activities. - Maintain timely and accurate updates in CRM tools and sales software such as SFA (Sales Force Automation). - Prepare and analyze MIS reports to aid in decision-making and performance evaluations. - Present sales data, trends, and insights during monthly/quarterly reviews. - Provide support to the trade marketing team in coordination for execution-related activities and field data consolidation. - Communicate proficiently in both Hindi and English across all levels. - Ensure timely tracking of sales fundamentals like VBS (Visibility Based Selling), RBS (Range Based Selling), etc. - Collaborate with various teams to ensure prompt resolution of field queries and adherence to processes. Functional Competencies: - Proficiency in CRM & SFA tools. - Strong analytical skills. - Experience in MIS reporting. - Effective communication and follow-up abilities. - Knowledge of sales processes including basic frameworks and trade marketing execution such as VBS, RBS.
