Job Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our team in Mulund. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing:
  • Receive and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams for timely deliveries.
  • Resolve order-related issues and provide quick solutions.
  • Customer Communication:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Provide updates on order status, shipments, and other relevant details.
  • Address customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
  • Sales Team Support:
  • Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
  • Update sales materials in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Maintain accurate customer databases.
  • Internal Coordination:
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Share market insights and customer feedback with the sales team.
  • Help organize sales events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain and update sales reports and KPIs.
  • Manage contracts, agreements, and other sales documentation.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle travel arrangements.
  • Assist in creating sales presentations and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales coordination or administrative roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Advance Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
