Ezze Lifestyle is a growing retail and wholesale electronics business, committed to delivering quality products and excellent customer service. We are looking for a Sales & Support Executive to join our team and handle customer calls, billing, and general support tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

Make and receive customer calls for sales, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Share product details and offers with potential and existing customers.
Generate bills/invoices using billing software.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Assist with daily office coordination and support tasks.
Provide after-sales service and basic troubleshooting.

Skills Required:

Good communication skills
Confident in English and Hindi (spoken)
Strong calling and customer interaction skills
Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy
Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team player

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed salary ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (based on experience)
Incentives based on performance
Supportive and growth-oriented work environment
