Job Responsibilities: Make and receive customer calls for sales, inquiries, and follow-ups. Share product details and offers with potential and existing customers. Generate bills/invoices using billing software. Maintain accurate customer and sales records. Assist with daily office coordination and support tasks. Provide after-sales service and basic troubleshooting.
