Sales Support Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Support Executive based in Kerala to assist our Dubai team. The role involves cold calling, customer follow-ups, payment reminders, feedback collection, and general sales coordination. You will work closely with the sales team in Dubai and support them in day-to-day customer communication using the company’s VOIP service.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound cold calls to potential clients as per the daily/weekly target list.

* Follow up with existing customers for project updates, enquiries, and ongoing discussions.

* Handle payment follow-ups and ensure timely reminders to clients.

* Collect customer feedback after project completion or service delivery.

* Maintain and update CRM records for all communication.

* Coordinate with the Dubai sales team and share daily status reports.

* Support the preparation of quotations by collecting basic customer information.

* Schedule meetings, demos, or site visits for the Dubai team based on client interest.

* Answer inbound calls through VOIP and route them to the respective team members.

* Follow up on pending documents, proposals, and approvals from customers.

* Assist in simple email drafting for follow-ups, reminders, and acknowledgements.

* Track lead progress and ensure no enquiry is left unattended.

* Support marketing activities like sending promotional messages or sharing brochures with clients.

* Maintain confidentiality of customer data and follow company communication standards.

Skills & Requirements

* Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.

* Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales support is preferred.

* Basic computer knowledge (email, CRM, spreadsheets).

* Ability to follow scripts and communication guidelines.

* Patient, polite, and consistent in follow-ups.

* Comfortable working with VOIP systems and remote coordination.

* Ability to handle targets and daily call volumes.

Work Timings

* Aligned with Dubai office hours (UAE time).

* Monday to Saturday.
